The app is designed to enable couriers to update parcel statuses, load receipt confirmations, and receive notifications, among other things.

One of the standout features of Courier Manager is its field courier tracking system. This system allows couriers to view their position on the map and details of their activity, such as how many parcels they have delivered and how many they still have to deliver. The app also integrates with portable printers, allowing field couriers to print necessary documents like AWBs, invoices, vouchers, and receipts directly from their phones.

Another useful feature of the app is the expenses module, which enables couriers to add all expenses that need to be settled directly from their phones in the Courier Manager software. Additionally, users can use Google Maps and Google Navigator to navigate to any address in their list.
